Albert, a family practitioner, has been spending his idle hours over the last 20 years trying to find a cure for his son Marvin's charred face. In order to properly perform skin grafting, he must first find "patients" to operate on. He teams up with local sheriff, Garrett who has been secretly giving Albert druggies for his operations.n.
